The Bancroft School Improvement Council is comprised of 2 teachers, 2 parents, and community representatives who assist the Principal in identifying goals and areas in need of improvement.  The primary responsibility of the School Improvement Council is to create an annual School Improvement Plan, which is based on the needs assessment defined by the group.  The Principal then has the responsibility of implementing the recommendations in the School Improvement Plan.
