You’re invited to join upcoming sessions for Andover DIVERSE. You may recall that the Town of Andover recently completed a diversity audit to better understand the lived experiences of those who call Andover their home and/or place of work. The Commission for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is excited to announce that we’re in the final stages of developing a strategic plan, created using the results from the diversity audit. The strategic plan is focused on making sustained, concrete progress where social justice and equity are concerned across our community.
The Commission welcomes you as a community organization leader to join us at one of the below sessions to learn about and provide input on the strategic plan.

During these sessions, there will also be an opportunity to sign up for working groups, which are being formed to help with implementation of the strategic plan.
