The Bancroft PTO invites the Bancroft community to sled at Fenway Park on  Saturday, January 4th from 2pm to 3pm.  Only 100 tickets are available at the cost of $15 each, and will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

Given limited ticket availability, we request that only Bancroft students & staff, along with members of their immediately families attend.

How was the PTO able to do this?  We were quick, and used a bit of holiday magic to get time on a weekend day!  More importantly, we are fortunate to have such an active and generous group of parents at Bancroft.  PTO fundraising has gone well this year, and the board voted to spend some of the unanticipated budget on subsidizing this event for the Bancroft community.  We hope this will be a unique and fun way to enjoy the cold and kick off the new year.

Please visit www.bancroftpto.org/FenwaySledding for the ticket order form and for more information including a FAQ.

Also, separately, as part of the Red Sox Frozen Fenway events, Merrimack plays Providence College on the rink at Fenway an hour after our sledding time ends.  The Red Sox still have tickets for the hockey game if you would like to stay after sledding to attend.

Contact Shannon Scully at shannon@bancroftpto.org with additional questions.  Thanks and happy holidays!

Update (Tuesday, December 17th):  All 100 tickets for sledding at Fenway have been sold.  We are keeping a waiting list, and will use that for distribution of any tickets that become available.
