The Board has drafted suggested changes to the Bancroft PTO bylaws in an effort to clean up confusing language and more clearly define the the organization’s mission and specific committee responsibilities.  The newly proposed bylaws can be found here.

Per the current PTO Bylaws (Article XI, Section 2),  the bylaws “may be amended or revised at any business meeting of the Organization by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present and voting, provided a written notice of the proposed amendments or revisions are given one month in advance.”

A vote on these proposed changes will be taken at our next general PTO meeting, Tuesday, December 17th at 7pm in the media center at Bancroft.  We hope you will be able to join us!
